We operate two types of services. Our private vehicle service for the quickest and most convenient transfer to all our resorts and our legendary guaranteed shared service to Les Gets, Morzine, Avoriaz and surrounding areas.
All our transfers are sold and managed through our secure website and are GDRP compliant. Our offices in Morzine are open from 9 am to 7 pm every day during the winter season and 9 am to 5 pm every day during the summer season for sales and operations. For those who are traveling outside of these hours, we maintain a contact line to assure service delivery 24/7. We have everything in place to make your ski transfers as easy as possible.
Since our very first day we have pioneered a guaranteed shared service to the Portes Du Soleil. This service not only offers you great value but the best protection against flight disruption and has been the driving force behind our growth and market leadership. We still operate with the same original principles but these days our increased operating volume provides you with even more options and solutions in cases of delays. Our guarantee is that we will not cancel shared services for profitability reasons. If we sell a single seat (between 09.00 and 21.00) and there is only one person on the transfer we will run it!

Flight delays
If your flight is delayed we will transfer you free of charge to next available seats on either our shared or shuttle service where available.
If you require a private service that will save you time at the airport and in the resort then we have a large fleet available for you. Each vehicle can transport up to 8 passengers comfortably so larger groups can utilise multiple vehicles or if available we may use one of our larger vehicles.. There are several advantages of a private transfer.

Flight delays
In cases of flight delays, over the included one hour of waiting time, the driver may need to depart after the one hour waiting time to complete subsequent journeys. If available, replacement private vehicles will be provided. If this does not involve dispatching extra vehicles no charges will be made. If this is not possible then prioritised next available seats on shared or shuttle services will be offered free of charge. Should the passengers prefer to retain private services and second vehicles are dispatched, charges will be made and documentation provided for a claim against travel insurance.
